Living Intentionally!
March 12, 2010 in Uncategorized
Welcome to My Life in a Pyramid! This is officially my very first blog entry and before I post any recipes or tips, I’d like to share something that will be sort of my ‘mantra’ this year…
My birthday was at the beginning of this month. My birthday gift to myself this year is to start living intentionally. You may be wondering what that means. To live with intention is to have a good reason for doing everything. Everything includes my faith, my career, my health, and my social life. To live with intention is not only gratifying and enjoyable, it is also the better way to live. The alternative to living intentionally is living haphazardly, and trust me, the impact of such a life will be destructive and difficult to fix. In the About Me section, I write about my background and about my decisions to eat only healthy, organic meals (of appropriate proportions) and to stick to exercising until I can be able to run my first 5K with ease (I am allowed to break a sweat though
).
In order to do this successfully, I am using this blog to chronicle my progress and to make friends who would like to join me in changing lifestyles, not just menus!
I hope that we can encourage each other to reach our goals.

Hi, Heba –
Just discovered your blog. Very nice. Are you in southeastern Wisconsin?
